You may specify as many criteria as you like by
clicking on the menu bar for each category and selecting your
desired house qualifications.
Searching for your ideal house:
The following fields are single selection
boxes: Select one of the options to narrow down your search
criteria and the returned list of houses will contain ALL
of your selected criteria.
- List Price:
- Number of Bedrooms:
- Number of Bathrooms:
- Number Car Garage:
- Acres:
- Listed for:
The following fields are multiple selection
boxes: Select one or more of the options for each category
and the list of houses returned will be in at least one of selected
boxes for each category.
- Town:
- School District:
- Style:
The following field is multiple selection
box: Select one or more of the options and the returned list
of houses will contain ALL options selected.
The following fields are check boxes.
If the respective box is checked, the returned list of houses
will contain ALL of the checked items.
- Hardwoods
- Security System
- Central AC
- Pool
- Deck
- Fenced Yard
- Cable
Sorting the list of returned ideal houses:
Select the Order By: field to order
your returned list of entries. Check Ascending/Descending to order
the list respectively.
The list of houses returned will contain all
houses that satisfy all of your criteria.
